Texas-Style Beef Brisket 

Texas-style beef brisket is an exemplary grill dish that is well known in the southern US. Texas-Style Beef Brisket

Ingredients:

 

  • 4-5 pound beef brisket            
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth

 

barbecue sauce:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder                                                                                   Directions :
  • In a huge bowl or shallow dish, join the Worcestershire sauce, bean stew powder, garlic, celery salt, pepper and, whenever wanted, fluid smoke. Slice brisket down the middle; add to bowl and go to cover. Cover and refrigerate for the time being.

    Move meat to a 5-or 6-qt. slow cooker; add stock and narrows leaves. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is delicate.

    For sauce, in a little pot, saute onion in oil until delicate. Add garlic; cook brief longer. Mix in the excess fixings; heat through.
